Drug intelligence / Profile preview
VT400X + VT500X is a pair of preclinical monoclonal antibody programs being developed by Vigeo Therapeutics for the treatment of various cancers. These antibodies are designed to target PRSS2 (trypsinogen-2) and other novel, undisclosed targets to reprogram the tumor immune microenvironment (TIME). The development of these assets leverages Vigeo's expertise in thrombospondin-1 (TSP-1) biology, aiming to overcome immune suppression within the tumor and enhance anti-tumor immunity. As of 2024, both programs remain in the preclinical stage of development.
