VX-407 + midazolam

**VX-407 + midazolam** is not an established or marketed drug product but describes the co-administration of the investigational small molecule **VX-407** (developed by Vertex Pharmaceuticals for autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease, ADPKD) with **midazolam**, commonly a probe substrate used to assess cytochrome P450 (CYP) 3A enzyme interactions.
