Overview
Wharton's Jelly Mesenchymal Stem Cell Conditioned Medium (WJ-MSC-CM) is a topical biologic therapy derived from the secretome of Wharton's Jelly Mesenchymal Stem Cells. Unlike traditional cell therapies, this conditioned medium is cell-free and contains a complex regenerative milieu of paracrine factors, including growth factors (TGF-β, VEGF, PDGF, IGF-I), cytokines (IL-6, IL-8), microvesicles, and exosomes. These secreted factors promote wound healing by stimulating re-epithelialization, neovascularization, and tissue regeneration. Developed by Sukma Skin Treatment in collaboration with PT. Kalbe Farma, it is primarily evaluated for the treatment of chronic skin ulcers, where standard therapies often fail to achieve complete healing.
