Overview
WJB001 + JS207 + toripalimab is a combination therapy being developed by Wigen Biomedicine Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in collaboration with Junshi Biosciences. This regimen consists of three distinct therapeutic agents: WJB001, a small molecule inhibitor of Exportin-1 (XPO1) that prevents the nuclear export of tumor suppressor proteins; JS207, a bispecific antibody targeting both Programmed Cell Death Protein 1 (PD-1) and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor A (VEGFA); and toripalimab (JS001), a monoclonal antibody that blocks PD-1. By combining these mechanisms, the therapy aims to restore tumor suppressor function, enhance T-cell-mediated immune responses, and inhibit tumor angiogenesis. The combination is currently being evaluated in a Phase I/II clinical trial for patients with advanced solid tumors, including high-grade serous ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, peritoneal cancer, and uterine serous carcinoma.
