WT1 T cells (Eureka Therapeutics) is an experimental engineered T-cell therapy developed by Eureka Therapeutics in collaboration with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. The therapy targets the intracellular oncoprotein Wilms' Tumor 1 (WT1), which is frequently overexpressed in a variety of cancers, including ovarian cancer, leukemias, and multiple myeloma. Utilizing Eureka's proprietary ARTEMIS and E-ALPHA technology platforms, the therapy employs T-cell receptor mimic (TCRm) antibodies to recognize WT1-derived peptides presented by HLA molecules on the cell surface. This approach allows the T cells to target intracellular antigens that are typically 'undruggable' by standard CAR-T therapies. The program is currently in development for the treatment of solid tumors, with a primary focus on ovarian cancer.
