**WU-NK-101 + cetuximab** is an investigational combination therapy composed of WU-NK-101, an off-the-shelf, allogeneic, cytokine-induced memory-like natural killer (NK) cell therapy, and cetuximab, a chimeric monoclonal antibody targeting the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). WU-NK-101 is derived from human peripheral blood mononuclear cells and reprogrammed with cytokines to enhance metabolic fitness, cytotoxicity, and persistence in the tumor microenvironment. Cetuximab binds to and inhibits EGFR, blocking downstream signaling for tumor growth and survival. The combination is under evaluation in early-phase clinical trials for advanced/metastatic colorectal cancer and squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck, aiming to exploit synergistic immune-mediated anti-tumor effects, including overcoming immune checkpoint blockade resistance[5][8].
