**Xaluritamig + darolutamide** is an investigational combination therapy being evaluated for advanced prostate cancer. Xaluritamig (also known as AMG 509) is a bispecific T-cell engager monoclonal antibody that targets STEAP1 (Six-Transmembrane Epithelial Antigen of the Prostate 1) on tumor cells and CD3 on T cells, redirecting T cells to kill STEAP1-expressing prostate cancer cells. Darolutamide is an oral, second-generation androgen receptor inhibitor that blocks androgen-induced tumor growth, approved for metastatic castration-sensitive and non-metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer. This combination is being investigated for synergistic antitumor activity, particularly by combining targeted immunotherapy with androgen receptor signaling inhibition.
