Drug intelligence / Profile preview
XB002 + bevacizumab is an investigational combination therapy consisting of XB002, a novel antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), and bevacizumab, an approved monoclonal antibody targeting vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A). XB002 is composed of a high-affinity tissue factor-directed human monoclonal antibody conjugated to the auristatin-based cytotoxic payload zovodotin through a stable, protease-cleavable linker. This combination is being developed for the treatment of various advanced and metastatic solid tumors, aiming to leverage dual mechanisms: XB002 selectively delivers cytotoxic payload to tissue factor–expressing tumor cells, while bevacizumab inhibits angiogenesis by blocking VEGF-A signaling[2][4][1][3].
