Xiao'ai Jiedu Fang

Xiao'ai Jiedu Fang is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formulation composed of multiple herbal and animal-derived ingredients. It is utilized in clinical settings for the treatment of various malignant tumors, including hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), lung cancer, and colorectal cancer. Research indicates its anti-tumor effects are mediated through several mechanisms, such as reducing cell survival, inducing apoptosis, and stimulating autophagy via the AKT/mTOR pathway in HCC. It also influences immune cell infiltration and gene transcription in lung cancer, and in colorectal cancer, it has been shown to inhibit tumor growth by modulating gut microbiota, regulating intestinal microecology, and restoring inflammation.
