Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Xiao'er Feire Keshan oral liquid is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation developed by Heilongjiang Kuihua Pharmaceutical for pediatric respiratory conditions. It is primarily indicated for the treatment of acute bronchitis, specifically cases characterized by the "wind-heat invading the lung" pattern in TCM theory. The formulation is designed to clear heat, detoxify the lungs, and relieve symptoms such as cough and asthma. It is currently being evaluated in Phase II clinical trials in China to assess its safety and efficacy in children aged 1 to 14 years, comparing the standard formulation against ultra-low dose versions.
