Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Xiao'er Fuxie Ning Tangjiang is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syrup developed and manufactured by Shandong Kongfu Pharmaceutical for the treatment of pediatric diarrhea. The formulation is specifically indicated for diarrhea caused by spleen and stomach weakness (pi wei xu ruo), characterized by symptoms such as loose, pale stools, lack of odor, sallow complexion, and fatigue. It is composed of a synergistic blend of herbal extracts, including Puerariae Lobatae Radix (Gegen), Pogostemonis Herba (Guanghuoxiang), Poria (Fuling), Coicis Semen (Yiyiren), Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng), and Glycyrrhizae Radix (Gancao). These ingredients work together to harmonize the stomach, strengthen the spleen's transportive function, and regulate gastrointestinal motility to arrest diarrhea. The product is an approved pharmaceutical in China (NMPA approval 国药准字Z37021318) and is administered orally.
