Xiao'er Ganmao Shu Granules (小儿感冒舒颗粒) is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formulation in granule form, specifically designed for children. It is indicated for the treatment of common cold symptoms in children, particularly those associated with external wind-heat, such as fever, absence or scant sweating, sore throat, and cough. The drug's traditional functions include dispelling wind, releasing the exterior, clearing heat, and benefiting the throat. Animal studies have shown that this multi-ingredient herbal preparation possesses antipyretic, antitussive, and anti-inflammatory properties. It is a prescription drug in China, manufactured by Nanjing Zhongshan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and was launched in 2000.
