Xiao'er Jianpi Huaji Oral Liquid (also known as Jianpi Huaji) is a traditional Chinese patent medicine developed and manufactured by Guizhou Yibai Women's Pharmacy (a subsidiary of Guizhou Yibai Pharmaceutical). It is formulated with multiple traditional Chinese herbs, including Ginseng (Renshen), Astragalus (Huangqi), Atractylodes (Baizhu), Poria (Fuling), and Hawthorn (Shanzha). The oral liquid is approved in China for pediatric use to invigorate the spleen, harmonize the stomach, promote digestion, and resolve food accumulation (dyspepsia) in children presenting with spleen deficiency and food stagnation.
