**XmAb23104 + ipilimumab** is a combination therapy under investigation for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. XmAb23104 is a bispecific monoclonal antibody engineered to simultaneously target and modulate the immune checkpoints PD-1 (Programmed cell death protein 1) and ICOS (Inducible T cell costimulator), enhancing T-cell activation and anti-tumor responses[2][5]. Ipilimumab is a fully human monoclonal antibody that blocks CTLA-4 (Cytotoxic T-lymphocyte antigen-4), amplifying T cell-mediated immune responses against tumor cells[4][6]. This combination aims to boost anti-tumor immunity by simultaneously blocking multiple immune inhibitory pathways and stimulating costimulatory signaling. The combination is being evaluated in Phase 1/2 studies for a range of advanced cancers including non-squamous non-small cell lung carcinoma, melanoma, colorectal cancer (CRC), undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), renal cell carcinoma (RCC), and advanced sarcoma[1][2][5].
