XZP-3287 (bireociclib) is a novel, selective inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinase 4 and 6 (CDK4/6), interfering with cell cycle progression and inhibiting proliferation in HR-positive breast cancer[1][4][5]. Letrozole and anastrozole are nonsteroidal aromatase inhibitors that suppress estrogen synthesis, thereby blocking estrogen-dependent tumor growth. The combination aims to leverage both targeted cell-cycle inhibition and endocrine therapy for synergistic antitumor effects.
