Overview

XZP-3621 + esomeprazole is a combination of two drugs: XZP-3621, an orally administered small molecule dual inhibitor of anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) and ROS proto-oncogene 1 receptor tyrosine kinase (ROS1), and esomeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor. XZP‑3621 is being developed by Xuanzhu Biopharmaceutical for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and other cancers driven by ALK or ROS1 alterations. Esomeprazole is used to reduce gastric acid secretion and may be co-administered to manage gastrointestinal side effects or drug-drug interactions affecting absorption. The combination has been studied in healthy volunteers to assess pharmacokinetic interactions and safety[2][3][6][8].
