Overview
Yang Qing Chen Fei Granules, Bao Jin Chen Fei Granules, and Jin Shui Chen Fei Granules are a series of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) compound formulations developed by the Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine specifically for the treatment of Coal Worker's Pneumoconiosis (CWP). These medicines are administered based on TCM syndrome differentiation: **Yang Qing Chen Fei Granules** are indicated for the syndrome of yin deficiency and heat-dryness; **Bao Jin Chen Fei Granules** are used for pulmonary qi deficiency; and **Jin Shui Chen Fei Granules** are applied for the deficiency of pulmonary and renal qi. The granules are manufactured by Sichuan Neo-Green Pharmaceutical Technology Development and are being evaluated in multicenter clinical trials to provide evidence for their efficacy in improving lung function and quality of life in CWP patients when used alongside standard symptomatic care.
