Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**YH001 + envafolimab + doxorubicin** is an investigational combination therapy targeting front-line treatment of common sarcoma subtypes (leiomyosarcoma, dedifferentiated liposarcoma). YH001 is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting CTLA-4, designed to enhance T-cell activation and anti-tumor immune response, with augmented antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) relative to ipilimumab. Envafolimab (KN035) is a novel, subcutaneously injectable, recombinant humanized single-domain anti-PD-L1 antibody fused to the Fc domain of IgG1, facilitating blockade of the PD-1/PD-L1 pathway for immune checkpoint inhibition. Doxorubicin is a chemotherapeutic agent (anthracycline antibiotic) that inhibits topoisomerase II and intercalates DNA, resulting in cytotoxicity. The triplet therapy seeks synergistic anti-tumor effects by combining immune checkpoint inhibition with cytotoxic chemotherapy.
