Drug intelligence / Profile preview
YH002 + YH001 is a combination of two investigational monoclonal antibodies developed for cancer immunotherapy. YH002 is a recombinant humanized IgG1 agonistic antibody targeting OX40, a costimulatory receptor on T cells that enhances T cell activation, proliferation, and survival while inhibiting regulatory T cell (Treg) function. This leads to increased anti-tumor immune responses[1][6][7]. YH001 is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody targeting CTLA-4, an immune checkpoint receptor on T cells; by blocking CTLA-4-mediated immunosuppression, it further enhances the antitumor immune response[3][4]. The combination aims to synergistically activate effector T cells and inhibit immunosuppressive mechanisms in the tumor microenvironment. Both agents are being evaluated in phase I clinical trials for advanced solid tumors[6][8]. The drugs were developed by Biocytogen and its subsidiary Eucure Biopharma.
