Drug intelligence / Profile preview
YH003 + toripalimab is a combination immunotherapy comprising two monoclonal antibodies: YH003, a humanized agonistic anti-CD40 IgG2 monoclonal antibody that enhances immune response by agonizing CD40 on antigen-presenting cells, and toripalimab, a monoclonal antibody that blocks programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) to lift immune suppression and promote antitumor immunity. This investigational combination is being developed primarily for the treatment of unresectable or metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), and has also been investigated in other advanced solid tumors. Early-phase studies show promising anti-tumor activity and favorable safety, particularly as combination therapy with standard chemotherapy regimens in both first- and second-line PDAC[1][3][5][6].
