Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A combination regimen comprised of three monoclonal antibodies: **YH003**, a humanized anti-CD40 IgG2 monoclonal antibody; **YH001**, an anti-CTLA-4 monoclonal antibody; and **pembrolizumab**, a humanized anti-PD-1 IgG4 monoclonal antibody (marketed as Keytruda). This triple-immune checkpoint blockade strategy is under investigation for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, aiming to enhance antitumor immune response through blockade of complementary immunoregulatory pathways. YH003 (CD40 agonist) aims to activate antigen-presenting cells, YH001 (CTLA-4 antagonist) releases T-cell activation inhibition, and pembrolizumab (PD-1 antagonist, already widely approved) prevents tumor-induced immune suppression. Clinical trials (Phase I) are ongoing for patients with advanced refractory solid tumors; early results show favorable safety and preliminary antitumor activity[1][3][5][7][9].
