YH4808 + amoxicillin + clarithromycin is a combination therapy under clinical investigation for the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders, especially those associated with acid-related conditions such as gastroesophageal reflux disease and peptic ulcer diseases. **YH4808** is a small molecule potassium-competitive acid blocker (P-CAB) that inhibits gastric H+/K+-ATPase, reducing gastric acid secretion; it is structurally and mechanistically distinct from proton pump inhibitors. **Amoxicillin** and **clarithromycin** are antibiotics used in combination therapies to eradicate Helicobacter pylori infection.
