YL-13027 + HY-0102 is an investigational combination therapy composed of two agents: YL-13027, an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of the transforming growth factor beta receptor 1 (TGF-βR1/ALK5), and HY-0102, a recombinant anti-NKG2A humanized monoclonal antibody. YL-13027 inhibits the TGF-β signaling pathway, which is implicated in tumor progression, immune evasion, and metastasis. HY-0102 targets NKG2A, an inhibitory receptor expressed on natural killer (NK) cells and some T cells, thereby enhancing anti-tumor immune responses. The combination is being evaluated in clinical trials for metastatic pancreatic cancer in conjunction with standard AG (albumin-bound paclitaxel [nab-paclitaxel] and gemcitabine) chemotherapy, with the aim of improving efficacy through combined pathway inhibition and immunomodulation[1][3][4][13][16][21].
