Overview

**YTH24.5 + YTH54.12** is an investigational anti-CD45 monoclonal-antibody cocktail developed by Baylor College of Medicine as reduced-intensity conditioning before allogeneic hematopoietic stem-cell transplantation. The product comprises two rat anti-human CD45 antibodies recognizing non-overlapping CD45 epitopes. By binding CD45 on circulating hematopoietic leukocytes, the antibodies promote profound, transient leukocyte depletion through complement-mediated cytotoxicity while comparatively sparing bone-marrow progenitors. It was studied in pediatric severe combined immunodeficiency and other primary immunodeficiency disorders, including Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome, as part of transplant-conditioning regimens that also used separate agents such as alemtuzumab and fludarabine.
