Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Zamerovimab + mazorelvimab** is a fixed-dose, 1:1 cocktail of two recombinant humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibodies developed by Synermore Biologics for passive post-exposure prophylaxis of rabies. The antibodies bind distinct, non-overlapping conserved epitopes on the rabies lyssavirus glycoprotein, neutralizing rabies virus and preventing viral entry into host cells. Marketed in China as **Keruibi**, the product is administered by infiltration into rabies-exposure wounds, with residual volume administered intramuscularly at a site distant from rabies vaccine administration; it is used together with rabies vaccine for adult Category III rabies-virus exposures.
