ZG006 + ZG005

ZG006 + ZG005 is a combination investigational regimen consisting of two novel biologic agents under development for the treatment of advanced small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and neuroendocrine carcinoma. ZG006 is a trispecific T-cell engager targeting delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3) and CD3, designed to mediate T cell–specific killing of DLL3-expressing tumor cells[3][5]. ZG005 (nilvanstomig) is a recombinant humanized bispecific antibody that targets both programmed cell death 1 receptor (PD-1) and TIGIT, dual immune checkpoints, with the aim to synergistically activate T cells and enhance anti-tumor activity of NK cells through immune checkpoint inhibition[2][4]. Both agents are administered intravenously and are being evaluated in a randomized, multicenter, Phase 1/2 trial to assess their safety, pharmacokinetics, and anti-tumor efficacy in patients with advanced SCLC and neuroendocrine carcinoma[1].
