This is a **combination of zongertinib**, an oral, irreversible, HER2-selective tyrosine kinase inhibitor used for the treatment of adult patients with unresectable or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) whose tumors have HER2 (ERBB2) tyrosine kinase domain (TKD)-activating mutations, and **rabeprazole**, a proton pump inhibitor used to reduce gastric acid secretion. Zongertinib targets HER2 by inhibiting its tyrosine kinase activity, thereby impeding downstream signaling pathways involved in cancer cell growth and survival. Rabeprazole acts by irreversibly inhibiting the hydrogen-potassium ATPase (proton pump) in gastric parietal cells, reducing gastric acid secretion. There are no clinically significant pharmacokinetic interactions between zongertinib and rabeprazole when coadministered.
