ZYC300 + cyclophosphamide is a combination therapy consisting of ZYC300, a poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLG)-encapsulated plasmid DNA vaccine encoding the human tumor-associated antigen cytochrome P450 family member CYP1B1, and the chemotherapeutic agent cyclophosphamide. The combination is designed to enhance anti-tumor immune responses by using low-dose cyclophosphamide to selectively deplete regulatory T cells (Tregs), thereby potentiating the generation of robust and diverse T cell responses against tumor antigens presented by the ZYC300 vaccine. Cyclophosphamide acts as an alkylating agent with cytotoxic effects on rapidly dividing cells and immunomodulatory properties at lower doses. This regimen has been studied for its synergistic effect in cancer immunotherapy settings[1][3][7].
