CD319 Antigen (SLAMF7) (SLAMF7)

Target
SLAMF7
Molecular classification
Immunoglobulin superfamily, SLAM family, Type I transmembrane protein, Receptor
01

Overview

CD319, also known as SLAMF7, is a cell surface glycoprotein belonging to the signaling lymphocyte activation molecule (SLAM) family of receptors. It is expressed on plasma cells (both normal and malignant), natural killer (NK) cells, and cytotoxic T cells. CD319 plays roles in immune regulation, including promoting NK cell cytotoxicity and B cell proliferation. Therapeutically, it is targeted by Elotuzumab for treating multiple myeloma.
