Target intelligence / Profile preview
Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 7 (CCL7), also known as monocyte-chemotactic protein 3 (MCP-3), is a small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family. It acts as a chemoattractant for monocytes/macrophages and other immune cells, playing a key role in inflammation, tissue injury, and cancer progression. CCL7 exerts its effects through binding to receptors such as CCR1, CCR2, CCR3, CCR5 and CCR10.
