Overview

Engineered decoy receptors that bind the GAS6 ligand with high affinity, preventing its interaction with cell-surface receptor tyrosine kinases such as Axl. This approach inhibits downstream signaling pathways implicated in cancer progression, immune modulation, and other disease processes. These decoys are often based on the extracellular domain of Axl fused to an Fc region for stability.
