The Human leukocyte antigen (HLA) A*0201–HPV16 E7 peptide complex is a molecular structure formed by the binding of a specific peptide derived from the human papillomavirus type 16 (HPV16) E7 protein to the HLA-A*02:01 molecule, a class I major histocompatibility complex (MHC) protein found on human cells.
