Mechanism of action

Immune engagement: Presentation of MAGE-A1 peptides on HLA-A*02:01 leads to recognition and activation of cytotoxic CD8+ T cells or engineered immune effectors (e.g., TCR-mimic antibodies), resulting in tumor cell lysis.
