Target intelligence / Profile preview
Protein phosphatase 2, regulatory subunit B, delta isoform pseudogene is a non-functional genomic sequence similar to the PPP2R5D gene, which encodes a regulatory B subunit (B56-delta) of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A), a serine/threonine phosphatase involved in cellular signaling and neural development. The pseudogene itself does not produce a functional protein and has no known biological function or therapeutic relevance. Mutations and clinical significance are linked to the functional PPP2R5D gene, not the pseudogene.
