Raftlin, lipid raft linker 1 pseudogene 1 (RFTN1P1) is a human pseudogene related to the functional Raftlin, lipid raft linker 1 (RFTN1) gene[1][6]. While RFTN1 encodes a lipid raft–associated protein involved in membrane organization, immune receptor signaling (specifically B cell receptor and toll-like receptor signaling), and disease pathology, the RFTN1P1 locus does not produce a functional protein. As such, it is neither a therapeutic target nor associated with disease roles or biomarkers, and is listed mainly as a genomic annotation[1][6]. If you intended to inquire about the functional gene/protein Raftlin, lipid raft linker 1 (RFTN1) (not the pseudogene RFTN1P1), RFTN1 is a lipid raft scaffold protein involved in immune signaling, cell proliferation, and pathological conditions including cancer, chronic inflammation, and glaucoma[2][3][4].
