RN7SL4P is a pseudogene in the human genome derived from the 7SL signal recognition particle RNA gene family. 7SL RNA is a highly conserved noncoding RNA that forms an essential part of the signal recognition particle (SRP) complex involved in targeting secretory proteins to the endoplasmic reticulum[2]. However, RN7SL4P specifically is a non-functional, non-protein-coding segment of DNA that shares sequence similarity with 7SL RNA genes but does not produce a mature RNA or protein product. It is annotated as a pseudogene by the HUGO Gene Nomenclature Committee (HGNC) and major gene databases and has no known biological function, disease association, or therapeutic targeting relevance[4][5][3]. RN7SL4P is easily confused with its parent functional molecules, the true 7SL SRP RNAs such as RN7SL1, but it does not play a role in protein targeting, has no phenotypic effect, and is, by definition, not used in drug targeting, biomarker development, or disease monitoring[4][2][5]. There is no evidence this pseudogene has any biological, clinical, or pharmacological significance[4][5]. If you intended to ask about the functional SRP RNA (7SL RNA), that is an entirely separate entity that does have well-characterized biological roles but RN7SL4P only mimics the sequence, not the function[2][4][5].
