Target intelligence / Profile preview
RNA, U2 small nuclear 26, pseudogene (RNU2-26P) is a pseudogene closely related to small nuclear RNA (snRNA) genes of the U2 family. U2 snRNAs are components of the spliceosome involved in pre-mRNA splicing, but as RNU2-26P is classified as a pseudogene, it is considered non-functional and is not known to produce functional RNA or protein products[1][2][4]. There are no established biological functions, disease roles, or known drug interactions related to this pseudogene.
