However, pseudogenes like RNU4-75P are generally non-functional DNA segments resulting from the duplication or retrotransposition of functional snRNA genes, showing sequence similarity but lacking biological activity. There is no evidence that RNU4-75P is expressed or functional in human cells, and it is not associated with any therapeutic targeting, drug interaction, or disease mechanism. Related functional snRNAs (e.g., RNU4-2) have been implicated in human genetic disorders when mutated, but this does *not* apply to pseudogenes such as RNU4-75P[1][3][6][7].
