There is no evidence that RNU6-277P acts as a receptor, enzyme, transporter, or other canonical drug target, nor are there drugs or therapies that interact with it, or mechanism-based disease associations uniquely described for this locus[1][5].\n\nRNU6-277P is therefore not a therapeutic target or functional molecule, but rather a genomic remnant or "fossil" of the U6 snRNA gene family, with no known function or clinical significance at present. Its inclusion as a target is incorrect for most research or drug development applications.
