There is no evidence that RNU6-786P serves as a therapeutic or druggable target, nor is it implicated as a receptor, enzyme, or regulatory molecule of pharmacological interest. Pseudogenes of the U6 family are abundant throughout vertebrate genomes, reflecting gene duplication and evolutionary processes but lacking direct cellular function[3][4].
