Target intelligence / Profile preview
RNU6ATAC41P (RNA, U6atac small nuclear 41, pseudogene) is a human gene annotated as a pseudogene of the U6atac small nuclear RNA family[1][5]. Unlike functional U6atac RNAs that participate in the minor spliceosome for pre-mRNA splicing, RNU6ATAC41P does not produce a functional RNA or protein product and is considered biologically inert. There is no evidence that this pseudogene is involved in cellular processes, disease pathology, or targeted therapeutics[1][5].
