Target intelligence / Profile preview
RNA, U7 small nuclear 124 pseudogene (RNU7-124P) is a pseudogene related to the family of U7 small nuclear RNAs, which are typically involved in histone pre-mRNA processing. Unlike its functional counterparts such as RNU7-1, RNU7-124P does not encode a functional snRNA and is not known to produce a protein or functional RNA product. There are currently no known associated biological functions, disease associations, or drug interactions for RNU7-124P. It is neither used nor studied as a therapeutic target[2].
