Small nucleolar RNA SNORA7 (also known as LOC124905268 and ENSG00000200620) is a non-protein-coding gene producing a member of the H/ACA box class of snoRNAs that mainly act in the modification of other small nuclear RNAs, primarily guiding pseudouridylation of rRNA. SNORA7 is not known to encode a protein, does not act as a receptor, enzyme, transporter, or traditional drug target, and no direct associations with drug interactions, mechanisms of action, biomarkers, or safety concerns have been reported[4][1]. Its primary role is believed to be in the chemical modification of ribosomal RNA, which is fundamental to ribosome function and protein synthesis.
