The tubulin vinca domain is a specific binding site on the tubulin protein, a key component of microtubules. It is located at the interface between α- and β-tubulin subunits. This domain is the target for several antimitotic agents used in cancer therapy, such as vinca alkaloids (e.g., vinblastine, vincristine).
