Overview

VEGFR2, PDGFRα, and FGFR1 are three distinct cell-surface receptor tyrosine kinases that mediate the effects of vascular endothelial growth factors, platelet-derived growth factors, and fibroblast growth factors, respectively. While frequently studied and targeted together (e.g., by multi-kinase inhibitors) due to their pivotal roles in angiogenesis, cell proliferation, and cancer biology, it is important to note that this entry represents them as a *grouping* of individual targets, not as a single unified molecule. Each receptor is chemically and functionally distinct, and there is no canonical alias for this combined entity.
