Shanghai DDSome Laboratories (Shanghai Yanuo Pharmaceutical Technology) is a Chinese clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company founded in 2015, specializing in the development of complex injections and advanced drug delivery systems. The company has established three core technology platforms: a liposome drug delivery platform, an albumin-bound nanoparticle platform, and a microsphere sustained-release platform. Its lead product, Fuyinuo (irinotecan liposome injection), was approved by the NMPA in March 2026 for the treatment of metastatic pancreatic cancer and is commercialized by Fosun Pharma. DDSome's pipeline also includes YN018, a liposomal methylene blue tracer in Phase 1 clinical trials for sentinel lymph node tracing in breast cancer, alongside several preclinical and discovery-stage programs targeting oncology and anesthesia.
