(formerly known as Dongguan Zhenxing Beite Pharmaceutical Technology Co., Ltd.) is a Chinese biotechnology company focused on the research and development of innovative small molecule therapeutics for oncology and autoimmune diseases. Founded in 2013, the company was initially established as a joint venture/collaboration involving BeBetter Med (Guangzhou BeBetter Medicine Technology) and was later acquired by Shenzhen Zhenxing Pharmaceutical Technology. Its lead clinical candidate is ZXBT-1158, a highly selective, second-generation Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor currently in Phase 1 clinical trials for B-cell malignancies and autoimmune disorders such as multiple sclerosis. Additionally, the company has developed preclinical small molecule inhibitors targeting STAT3 for the treatment of solid tumors and hematological cancers.
