Beijing Cotimes Biotech Co., Ltd. (北京同为时代生物技术有限公司) was a Chinese biotechnology company founded in 2005 as a wholly-owned biopharmaceutical R&D subsidiary of Morningside Venture Capital. The company focused on the early-stage research, development, and engineering process optimization of innovative antibody therapeutics, particularly targeting oncology, viral infections, and autoimmune diseases. Its notable pipeline included SYN023, a humanized monoclonal antibody cocktail for rabies post-exposure prophylaxis developed in collaboration with Synermore Biologics, and a recombinant anti-human DR5 monoclonal antibody. In 2016, Cotimes Biotech's R&D operations were merged into Synermore Biologics, and its DR5 antibody global patent rights were transferred to Xiantong Pharma. The company has since been deregistered (closed).
