Beijing Xuanzhu Kangming Biotechnology is the macromolecular biologics R&D platform of Xuanzhu Biopharm (a subsidiary of Sihuan Pharmaceutical). Originally founded in 2014 as Beijing Combio Pharmaceutical, the company was acquired and integrated by Xuanzhu Biopharm in early 2021 to build its large-molecule drug discovery and development capabilities. Xuanzhu Kangming leverages its proprietary "Mab-Edit" (antibody glycosylation editing) and "Mebs-Ig" (antibody-edited bispecific antibody) technology platforms to develop innovative biologics, including bispecific antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), and fusion proteins. Its clinical-stage pipeline includes KM501 (a HER2-targeted bispecific ADC), KM257 (a HER2-targeted bispecific antibody), and KM602 (a recombinant human CD80 mutant-Fc fusion protein), all of which are currently in Phase 1 clinical trials for advanced solid tumors.
