Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Technical Center (哈药集团技术中心) is the primary research and development arm of Harbin Pharmaceutical Group (HPGC), one of China's leading pharmaceutical enterprises. Established in 1991, the center operates a comprehensive R&D system spanning chemical drugs, biologics, traditional Chinese medicine, and health supplements. It has established several specialized technology platforms, including pediatric drug delivery, sustained and controlled release formulations, transdermal drug delivery, and continuous flow synthesis for chemical APIs. The center is dedicated to developing high-barrier generics, innovative drugs, and conducting consistency evaluations to support the parent company's extensive commercial portfolio.
